Peran Social Influence Dalam Memoderasi Mobile Self Efficacy Performance Expectancy Effort Expectancy Terhadap Behavior Intention E-Wallet Pada UMKM Didaerah Wisata Telaga Sarangan

Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini ialah menganalisis effort expectancy, performance expectancy, mobile self efficacy dan social influence sebagai variabel moderasi terhadap niat pelaku UMKM di daerah Wisata Telaga Sarangan dalam mengadopsi e-wallet. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, lebih 160 kuesioner dibagikan kepada pelaku UMKM di daerah Wisata Telaga Sarangan untuk menilai reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen. Pada penelitian ini teknik yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SMARTPLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwasanya nilai yang dihasilkan pada variabel mobile self efficacy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavior intention e-wallet, variabel effort expectancy memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavior intention e-wallet, variabel performance expectancy mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavior intention e-wallet, variabel social influence juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap behavior intention e-wallet.
