Abstract


Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui dan memahami perkembangan embrio telur ayam, memahami fase-fase perkembangan embrio ayam (Gallus gallus domesticus), mengerti hasil penelitian dari setiap jurnal yang dibahas. Pada alat dan bahan seperti cawan petri, gunting bedah, pisau bedah, incubator, spidol permanen, kamera hp,senter. Bahan yang digunakan yaitu telur ayam (Gallus gallus domesticus). Cara kerja yang dilakukan dengan menyiapkan telur ayam sebanyak lebih dari 21 butir dengan umur 0 hari, untuk menghindari kegagalan pada saat pengamatan. Setelah itu masing masing dari telur diberi nomor dengan spidol permanen dan dimasukkan satu persatu telur ke dalam inkubator pada suhu 29-30 derajat. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari selama 21 hari perkembangan telur tersebut. Hasil dari pengamatan ini yaitu terbentuknya tubuh embrio ayam (Gallus gallus domesticus). setiap tahapan perkembangannya, yaitu meliputi  terbentuknya lipatan-lipatan tubuh sehingga tubuh embrio sudah hampir terpisah dari kuning telur. Adanya lipatan-lipatan tubuh dan batas antara daerah intra dan extra embrio semakin jelas. Membuat organ-organ embrio ayam semakin jelas terlihat.
