This Journal is published twice a year (January-Juny and July-December) by Unversitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara, Indonesia. All Submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by a minimum of two revieers trough the double-blid review process.
