PENERAPAN STRATEGI CARA BELAJAR SISWA AKTIF (CBSA) DALAM MENINGKATKAN EFEKTIFITAS PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DI SMA AL HIDAYAH TEMBUNG-MEDAN

Abstract


This research aims to determine the application of learning strategies through active student learning methods in Islamic Religious Education lessons in an effort to improve student learning outcomes at Al-Hidayah Medan High School, Medan Tembung District. The population in this study was all students at Al-Hidayah Medan High School for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 194 students. The research sample was determined at 66 students consisting of 32 students from class XI IPA and 34 students from class XI IPS. In determining the sample, a purposive technique was used. This research method is an experimentation method with an instrument for collecting in the form of a learning outcomes test in the subject of Islamic Religious Education. The test is in the form of a multiple choice’ objective with 4 answer choices, namely a, b, c, and d. The test questions refer to the main material being taught in the even semester with 25 questions. The conclusions obtained from this research are: The achievement of Islamic Religious Education learning outcomes taught using the Active Student Learning Method (CBSA) strategy for Al-Hidayah Medan High School students, Medan Tembung District, obtained an average score of 80.13. The average score obtained indicates that the Active Student Learning Strategy (CBSA) is more effective compared to using conventional strategies by obtaining an average score of 70.35. This is proven by calculations using the "t" test, where the t calculated results are compared with t table and it is obtained that t count > t table or 3.881 > 1.668, so that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) in this study is proven to be correct and accepted.
