Deli Serdang Regency is one of the districts that have forestry commodities in the form of rubber wood, so the furniture industry is one of the mainstay industries in Deli Serdang District. The furniture industry is also a business sector that absorbs labor as well as a business sector that contributes local revenue. In the development of the furniture industry, the number of business units and the number of workers from 2003-2010 always increased, but the furniture production decreased. The problem in this study is how technical, price and economic efficiency in the use of production factors in medium, small and household industries in Deli Serdang Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the medium, small and furniture households in Deli Serdang Regency resulted from this research, medium, small and furniture households in Deli Serdang Regency were not efficient in the use of raw materials as a whole so that the use of raw materials was reduced production replacement to achieve efficiency in the furniture industry
