The authors formulate the problem, namely: how the influence of incentives, financial, leadership and work environment on employee performance The purpose of this author is to determine the effect of financial incentives, leadership on employee performance.To determine the effect of incentives, financial, leadership and employee work environment. Providing incentives to employees to increase their commitment and participation and partnership with the company so as to reduce the level of employee turnover, acquisition sharing program (Gainsering) is an incentive plan that involves employees in a joint effort to achieve productivity goals.
