In the purpose of profits, the company intends to meet the interests of the owners of capital and to anticipate the decline in investment as a result of inflation. While the aim of ensuring continuities company, one of the main objectives of management are thinking about taking action to maintain or increase the number of investors investing in capital investment to the company.Based on the background and the formulation of the problem that has served the purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the working capital increase net income at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Regional Office I Medan.Working capital companies can not increase in net profit due to increased working capital but is not followed by an increase in net income and working capital decreased but not followed by a decrease in net income. In the year 2012 to the year 2013 the company experienced an increase in working capital, but in 2013 to 2014 , working capital decreased due to use-use of assets are less than current liabilities uses so that enterprises suffered losses.With working capital condition are like this show that working capital is used is not sufficient to run the company’s operations that would disrupt the daily activities of the company. Decrease in working capital that occurred this will affect the company in generating profits for the company. In the year 2012 to the year 2013 net profit decline resulting company, this happens because of decreased revenues and expenses of the company. In the years 2013 to 2014 net income increased, this happens due to increased revenues and expenses of the company.
