Abstract


The formulation of the problem in this research is how the influence of Work Environment, Work Facilities and Discipline on Employee Performance Sinar Husni Hospital Medan either partially or simultaneously. Population and sample of this research is all employees who amounted to 53 people. The sample of this research is all employees who amounted to 53 people. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection techniques used are direct interviews and questionnaires. The result of this research is partially Work Environment variables Positive and significant to Employee Performance with tcount> ttable, (2,358> 1,67,), Working Facilities have positive and significant influence to Employee Performance with tcount> ttable, (3,721> 1.67) and Variable Discipline have positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with tcount> ttable, (3,553> 1,67). Simultaneously, the Work Environment, Working and Discipline variables have positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with Fcount> Ftable, (12,458> 2,76). The value of R2 (RSquare) is 0.643, which means that the variable of Work Environment, Working Facilities and Discipline have positive and significant impact on Employee Performance at Sinar Husni Hospital Medan 64,30%, and the rest 35,70% again, influenced by factor - other factors not examined.
