PENGARUH BEBAN KERJA, IKLIM KERJA, FASILITAS KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR WILAYAH DJP SUMATERA UTARA I

Research Objectives Are: To determine the effect of workload on employee performance at the North Sumatra I DJP Regional Office, to determine the effect of the work climate on employee performance, to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance, to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance, to determine the effect of the burden work, work climate, work facilities and simultaneous motivation for employee performance at the North Sumatra DJP Regional Office I. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis The results showed that: there was no significant effect between workload on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis <t-table (1.534> 1.67) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%, there was a significant influence between climate work on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis> t-table (5.102> 1.67) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant influence between work facilities on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis> t-table (3.886> 1.67) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%, there is a significant effect between motivation on employee performance, because according to the results of t analysis> t-table (4,413> 1.67) at n = 50 with a significance level of 95%. F-count value> F table (359.434> 2.57) together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence of workload, work climate, work facilities, motivation on the performance of large employees the influence of 97%. Thus the hypothesis proposed is accepted.
