PENGARUH KEMAMPUAN, FASILITAS KERJA DAN KOMPETENSI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS RANTAU KECAMATAN RANTAU KABUPATEN ACEH TAMIANG

Rantau Puskesmas Rantau Subdistrict, Aceh Tamiang district still needs to improve their human resources to improve work skills with the support of work facilities such as a good computer machine, a good printer and health center equipment such as patient beds to operate all the equipment in need of employee commitment human Resources . In this study, researchers took a sample of 64 people. Hypothesis testing is carried out by means of Multiple Linear Regression, this research is as follows: Y = 12,211 + 0,193X1 + 0,148X2 + 0,399X3. Work Ability does have a positive effect on the Performance but is not too significant, where employees in the Rantau Community Health Center, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang Regency still receive appropriate protection. Work facilities also affect the performance of employees but not too significant, the facilities owned by the Rantau Community Health Center, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang District are quite adequate and can support the Performance of Rantau Community Health Center staff, Rantau District, Aceh Tamiang District. Commitment has a very significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0,000 where the commitment of Rantau Community Health Center staff in Rantau District Aceh Tamiang District is crucial in the performance of each Rantau Community Health Center employee in Rantau District Aceh Tamiang District.
