PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY, FASILITAS KERJA DAN KARAKTERISTIK INDIVIDU TERHADAP PRESTASI KINERJA PEGAWAI PUSKESMAS BROMO MEDAN

Research Objectives To determine the effect of job insecurity on Bromo Puskesmas employee performance, To determine the effect of work facilities on Bromo puskesmas employee performance, To determine the effect of individual characteristics on the performance of Bromo PUSKESMAS employees, To determine the effect of job insecurity, work facilities and individual characteristics on employee work motivation Bromo Public Health Center.Research ResultsThere is a significant effect of Job Insecurity on employee performance at the Bromo Public Health Center on employee performance so that it can be concluded that adequate Job Insecurity can determine employee performance will also be high even though there are other variables that support to see the performance results of an employee. There is a significant effect of work facilities on performance at the puskesmas but it is significant to conclude that work facilities will be able to have high results if employees have good work facilities. Individual characteristics affect the performance of significant employees shows that individual characteristics can improve performance, Job Insecurity, work facilities and individual characteristics together - a significant effect on employee performance at puskesmas Bromo
