The attitude of employees as part of the most important company is loyal. This attitude is reflected in the creation of communication, work environment and organizational commitment. This study aims to analyze the effect of communication, work environment and organizational commitment on employee loyalty of the Office of Community and Village Empowerment, Women's Empowerment and Family Planning in Aceh Tamiang Regency. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 53 employees and the sample of the study was a census sample. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed first that communication had a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, second that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, third that commitment had a positive and significant effect on work loyalty, fourth that together communication, work environment and commitment had an effect significant to the loyalty of employees of the Office of Community and Village Empowerment, Women's Empowerment and Family Planning in Aceh Tamiang Regency.
