PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN KARIR KARYAWAN PT. DOMAS AGROINTI PRIMA

Based on the background of the problems above, some of the problems in this study were identified as follows: Compensation is not in accordance with the workload, abilities and contributions of employees to the company, There is still a lack of work motivation on employee career development, narrow career development makes employee performance not optimal, career development is not well programmed. As for the formulation of the problem in this study is, How big is the influence of compensation on the career development of employees at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, How is the influence of work motivation on employee career development at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, How the influence of compensation and work motivation on employee career development at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima. The objectives of this study are: To determine the effect of compensation on employee career development at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima. To determine the effect of work motivation on employee career development at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima. To know the effect of compensation and work motivation on the career development of employees at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima.From the research results, it can be concluded that compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, because the value of F-count> F-table (16,481> 3,295). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Domas Agrointi Prima, because the value of t-count> t-table (3.056> 1.695).  Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Sarana Industama Perkasa, because the value of t-count> t-table (23,934> 1,695). Adjusted RSquare values in table 5.2.4. is 0.484, this shows that 48.40% of variable career development of employees at PT. Domas Agrointi prima is influenced by the variable compensation and work motivation, while the remaining 51.60% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this research model.
