Human resources are an important asset for a company, because it is one of the various factors supporting a company's success in achieving its targets and specified goals. The company is expected to implement occupational health safety, especially for companies that contain high accident hazards so that employees are healthy and feel safe in the workplace. Occupational health safety is something that every employee in the company wants. Pt. PP London Sumatra Indonesia. Tbk Begerpang POM. Based on the results of this study, it can be known that partially has a positive influence on the performance of employees in PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia. Tbk Begerpang POM. This was concluded based on the test results with a partial significance test (t-test) which found a thitung value of 2,404 > ttabel 2,003 with a significance level of 0.020 < 0.0 Based on the results of this study, it can be described occupational health safety conclusions have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia. Tbk Begerpang POM.
