PENGARUH PEMBERIAN BONUS DAN TUNJANGAN TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA DI PT. TELKOM KOTA MEDAN

This study aims to determine the effect of giving bonuses and allowances on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative method. This research was conducted at PT. Telkom Medan City, which is located at Jalan Monginsidi No. 8, Aggrung, Medan Polonia, Medan City, North Sumatra. The time of the research starts in January 2021 until July 2021. The population is the office employees of PT. Telkom Medan City as many as 78 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling technique. The sample of this study was set at 78 people. The results of this study indicate that partially the bonus has a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. Partially, allowances have a positive and significant effect on employee morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The value of Fcount = 85.282 > Ftable = 2.73 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the bonus and allowance variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on morale at PT. Telkom Medan City. The value of Adjusted R Square (R2) is 0.686, meaning that bonuses and allowances explain their effect on employee morale, which is 0.686 or 68.6%, while the remaining 28.4% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.
