PENGARUH PENDIDIKAN DAN PENGALAMAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN CV. INTI PERKASA DI DESA SEI BULUH KECAMATAN PERBAUNGAN KABUPATEN SERDANG BEDAGAI

This study aims to determine the effect of education and work experience on employee performance at CV. Inti Perkasa in Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The population in this study are employees of CV. Inti Perkasa In Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, there were 120 respondents. The number of samples is 100 employees CV. Inti Perkasa in Sei Buluh Village, Perbaungan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The data analysis technique that the writer uses in this research is descriptive quantitative. The data collection used is by using a questionnaire given to the respondents. The data is processed using SPSS 20.0 for windows. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, with Y = 21.879 + 0.377 X1+0.291X2+ e. The results of the analysis obtained that the t value for the education variable (X1) was 4,950 when compared to the t table value of 1,660. Then the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value or 4.950>1.660. The results of the analysis obtained that the t value for the work experience variable (X2) was 4,335 when compared to the t table value of 1,660. Then the t-count obtained is greater than the t-table value or 4.335 > 1.660. So it can be concluded that the variables X1 and X2 have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The calculated f value is 501.927 with a sig level of 0.000, therefore the sig value is 0.000 > 0.05 and the calculated F value is 501.927> F table 2.70 this shows that Ho is rejected so it can be concluded that the independent variables X1, and X2 simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Y. The value of Ajusted R Square is 0.951. This means that the effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 95.1%, while the remaining 0.49 or 4.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
