PENGARUH SEMANGAT KERJA, TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA PEGAWAI DI DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN LABUHANBATU

The problems in this research are: How do work morale, education level and compensation partially and simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency? The purpose of the study: To determine the effect of work morale, education level and compensation partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency. The proposed hypothesis is: There is a significant effect of work morale, education level and compensation partially and jointly on the performance of employees at the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency. The research was conducted at the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency, Jalan Gose Gautama No. 94 Rantau Prapat, Labuhanbatu Regency, with a population of 98 people, and a sample of 40 people.

Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that work enthusiasm had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency, this was supported by the results of the analysis of t count > t-table (2.152 > 2.030) at n = 40 at 95% significance level. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (2.896 > 2.030) at n = 40 at a significance level of 95%. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of the Environmental Service of Labuhanbatu Regency, this is supported by the analysis of t count > t-table (3.574 > 2.030) at n = 40 with a significant level of 95%. The value of F-count > F table (42,951 > 2.87) this indicates that together (multiple) there is a positive and significant influence on work morale, education level and compensation on the performance of the Labuhanbatu Regency Environmental Service employees. Thus, the proposed hypothesis is accepted as true.
