PENERAPAN MODEL QUANTUM TEACHINGDALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA SUBTEMA PEKERJAAN DI SEKITARKU SDN 122372 PEMATANGSIANTAR

Abstract

Abstrak.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching dan untuk mengetahui apakah model pembelajaan model Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Masalah yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada tema jenis-jenis pekerjaan  Subtema pekerjan di sekitarku di kelas IV SDN 122372 pematangsiantar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN 122372 pematangsiantar dengan jumlah 30 siswa.Penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research. Hasil Penelitian Setelah pelaksanaan pre test diperoleh jumlah ketuntasan hasil belajar secara klasikal yaitu 9 siswa  tuntas atau sebesar 30% dan 21 siswa atau 70% yang tidak tuntas dengan dengan rata-rata yang tuntas yaitu 56,24. Pada Post test Siklus I yang diikuti sebanyak 30 orang siswa terdapat, 13 siswa yang mengalami ketuntasan belajar atau  sekitar 43,33% dan siswa yang tidak tuntas  sebanyak 17 siswa atau 56,67%  dengan nilai rata-rata yang tuntas yaitu 61.58. Pada Siklus II rata-rata hasil belajar siswa keseluruhan yaitu 82.90 dengan jumlah 27 siswa yang tuntas dan 3 siswa yang tidak tuntas dengan ketuntasan klasikal yaitu  90%. Jumlah skor obsevasi kegiatan belajar seluruh siswa yaitu 915 dengan rata-rata 30,5 yaitu kategori sangat baik berjumlah 6, kategori baik berjumlah 16 dan kategori cukup berjumlah 8. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa model Quantum Teaching dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada tema jenis-jenis pekerjaan  Subtema pekerjan di sekitarku.

In Cycle II the average student learning outcomes overall is 82.90 with a total of 27 students who completed and 3 students who did not complete the classical completeness of 90% .The total score of observations of all students' learning activities was 915 with an average of 30.5 ie excellent categories numbered 6, good categories numbered 16 and enough categories numbered 8. This proves that the Quantum Teaching model can improve learning outcomes students on the theme of the jenis-jenis pekerjaan sub-themes pekerjaan di sekitarku.
