Abstract


This formula research in this research there is influence work environment on performance. There is influence self ability on performance. There is influence organization commitment on performance. There is influence motivation on performance. There is influence work environment, self ability, organization commitment and motivation on performance. This research target is to for know and analysis influence work environment on performance. For know is influence self ability on performance. For know influence organization commitment on performance. For know influence motivation on performance. For know influence work environment, self ability, organization commitment and motivation on performance. Samples in the research hearts respondents amounted to 29 employees. Data analysis techniques used in the research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Results in the research is explained that work environment variable effect positif and significant on performance. Self ability variable effect positif and significant on performance. Organization commitment variable effect positif and significant on performance. Motivation variable effect positif and significant on performance. Variable of work environment, self ability, organization commitment and motivation variable effect positif and significant on performance.
