PENERAPAN STRATEGI LISTENING GROUP DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN BAHASA ARAB DI KELAS VIII MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH AL-WASHLIYAH GEDUNG JOHOR – MEDAN

Abstract


The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of listening group learning strategies that are applied in the Arabic learning process and the effect of the implementation of listening group learning strategies on Arabic learning outcomes for students of class VIII Al-Washliyah, Johor Medan Building, 2018-2019 academic year . The study population was all eighth grade students and the samples were drawn from the population using a random sampling technique of 40 students. This research method is quantitayive approach with a questionnaire data collection tool implementation of listening group strategies and tests of Arabic learning outcomes Tarakib material in the form of an objective. To find out the effect of the implementation of listening group learning strategies on Arabic learning outcomes, a calculation was using the Product Moment correlation formula. Meanwhile, to test the hypothesis is using the t test formula. The conclusion of the results of this study is that the application of listening group learning strategies in the Arabic learning process is included in the medium ranking with an average value of 61.38. The level of Arabic learning outcomes for students Tarakib material is 73.38 included in category B (good). The implementation of the listening group strategy had an effect (contribution) of 28.20% on the learning outcomes of Arabic language in the eighth grade students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Washliyah, Johor Medan Building for academic year 2018-2019.
