The theories used in this study are those of Human Resource Management relating to leadership style, physical working environment, and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style and physical work environment on the performance of employees at PT. Golden Mitra Abadi. This study uses quantitative approach, and the type of research is descriptive quantitative, and the nature of this research is explanatory research. Data were collected by interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. The method of data analysis used was multiple regressions. The populations of this research were employees of PT. Mitra Golden Abadi totaling 87 employees. The samples of this study were taken by using saturation sampling technique. The result of the study shows that leadership style and physical working environment either collectively and partially have significant effect on employees working performance at PT Mitra Golden Abadi and leadership style is the most dominant factors affecting employee working performance. The result also shows that the coefficient of determination reached up to 50,4%. The study concludes that leadership style and physical working environment have a significant effect collectively and partially on the employee working performance at PT. Mitra Golden Abadi.
