The problem formulation in this research is: is there any influence of office motivation to the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Office of the Land city of Medan, whether there is influence of job satisfaction on the performance of employees in The Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Land Office of the city of Medan and whether there is influence of working discipline on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Office of the Land of Medan, and the purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation to the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Office of the Land City of Medan, to know the effect of work satisfaction on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/Agency National Land of Medan Land office and to know the influence of working discipline on the performance of employees in the Office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Office of Medan land offices. The sample in this study amounted to 100 employees in the office of the Ministry of Agrarian/National Land Agency of Medan Land Office.

Partially, the motivation variable (X1 has a positive effect on Pegawa performance. Job satisfaction (X2) positively influence the employee's performance and work discipline (X3) impactful the performance of employees. Simultaneously motivation, job satisfaction and work discipline positively affect the employee's performance.
