Good Human Resources can be seen from Performance Employees. Performance is the result achieved by a person in accordance with the duties, authority and responsibility in an effort to achieve corporate goals. Communication is the process of sending and receiving messages or information between two or more individuals effectively so that it can be understood easily. The importance of communication to humans can not be denied, as well as for companies or organizations. Job satisfaction is a person's feelings toward his work. This means that the conception of job satisfaction sees it as the result of human interaction with the work environment. The theory used relates to theories of human resource management related to communication, job satisfaction and employee performance. The research method used is quantitative approach with quantitative descriptive research type. Methods of data collection with interviews, questionnaires and documentation study. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination test simultaneously (Test-F) and partially (Test-t). The population used was 117 employees and 84 samples. The results showed that communication and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially significant effect on employee performance with the value of determination coefficient of 46.1% and the remaining 53.9% explained by independent variables that are not examined such as motivation, discipline and financial compensation.Berdasarkan the results of research, it can be concluded that job satisfaction and communication affect on employee performance at PT Shunda Sucai Indonesia Medan.
