PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KOMITMEN ORGANISASI, DAN SIKAP KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI POLRES TANJUNG BALAI

Tanjung Balai Police Resort (Polres) is a city-level police organization that has the main task of maintaining security, public order and law enforcement to provide protection, protection and service to the community in the Tanjung Balai legal area. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work attitudes towards the performance of Tanjung Balai police officers. This type of research is quantitative descriptive and the nature of this research is explanatory research. The population in this study were 317 employees and the sample of this study was 76 employees obtained through Slovin formula. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The results showed first that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, secondly that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thirdly that work attitudes have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, fourthly that together organizational culture, organizational commitment, and work attitudes have a significant effect on the performance of Tanjung Balai police officers.
