This formula research internal issue is how influence of  organization communication  on employees job productivity. How influence of   job commitment on employees job produktivity.  How influence of competency on employees job produktivity. How influence of   level education  on employees job produktivity. How influence of   organization communication, job commitment, competency and  level education on employees job produktivity. This research target is to for know influence and analyze of for know influence and analyze  organization communication  on employees job productivity. For know job commitment on employees job produktivity. For know influence and analyze  of competency on employees job produktivity. For know influence and analyze  level education  on employees job produktivity. For know influence and organization communication, job commitment, competency and  level education on employees job produktivity    Sample in this research amount to 39 employees. Technique analyze data which used in this research is analysis of regresi multiple linear.  This research result explain of   job commitment effect positive and significant on employees job produktivity.   Competency effect positive and significant on employees job produktivity.  Level education  effect positive and significant on employees job produktivity. Organization communication  effect positive and significant on employees job produktivity. Organization communication, job commitment, competency and  level education effect and positive and significant on employees job produktivity
