PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA, KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR KESYAHBANDARAN UTAMA BELAWAN

Problem of this study of wah is influence of work culture on employee’s job satisfaction. What is influence of leadership on employee’s job satisfaction. What is influence of motivation on employee’s job satisfaction. What is influence work culture, leadership and motivation on employee’s job satisfaction. The purpose of this study to determine and analyze the effect of work culture on employee’s job satisfaction. Determine and analyze the effect of leadership on employee’s job satisfaction. Determine and analyze the effect of motivation on employee’s job satisfaction. Determine and analyze the effect of work culture, leadership and motivation on employee’s job satisfaction. Sample in the study is 48 employee’s. Data analysis techniques used in this study is descriptive analyze and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate work culture variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Leadership variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction. Work culture, leadership and motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee’s job satisfaction.
