This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency, either partially or simultaneously. The population of this study was 249 people and the sample in this study amounted to 72 people at the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City using the slovin formula. The data source of this study uses primary data, namely sources recorded directly by researchers through the results of questionnaires and interviews regarding issues concerning servant leadership and organizational culture on organizational commitment to the Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency of Medan City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that servant leadership had no effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Together, the servant leadership and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant relationship to organizational commitment at the Medan City Regional Tax and Retribution Management Agency.
