ANALISIS PENGUATAN NILAI-NILAI KEARIFAN LOKAL PADA UMKM PEREMPUAN DI WILAYAH PEDESAAN PROVINSI SUMATERA UTARA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penguatan nilai-nilai kearifan lokal terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) yang dikelola perempuan di wilayah pedesaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Nilai-nilai kearifan lokal yang meliputi gotong royong, kejujuran dalam bertransaksi, kepedulian komunitas, dan keselarasan dengan alam dipandang sebagai modal sosial yang dapat memperkuat daya saing dan ketahanan UMKM perempuan di tengah arus globalisasi dan digitalisasi ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei kausalitas, dilaksanakan pada Semester 5 Tahun Akademik 2026.1. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pelaku UMKM perempuan di wilayah pedesaan Kabupaten Langkat, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dan Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, Provinsi Sumatera Utara, berjumlah 2.847 orang. Sampel sebanyak 351 responden dipilih menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner terstandar berskala Likert 5 poin yang telah divalidasi dan diuji reliabilitasnya. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan uji asumsi klasik menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan nilai kearifan lokal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM perempuan (beta = 0,541; p < 0,001) dan terhadap keberlanjutan usaha (beta = 0,463; p < 0,001). Secara simultan, nilai kearifan lokal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dan keberlanjutan UMKM perempuan pedesaan (F = 94,27; p < 0,001; R2 = 0,573). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kearifan lokal bukan sekadar warisan budaya, melainkan aset strategis yang dapat menjadi keunggulan kompetitif UMKM perempuan pedesaan dalam ekosistem ekonomi digital yang semakin kompetitif.
