Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan is an open-access, peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research in the fields of law, education, and society. The journal welcomes theoretical and empirical studies employing qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods approaches, addressing contemporary legal, educational, and social issues at local, national, and international levels. All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening followed by a double-blind peer review process involving at least two independent reviewers. The journal is committed to promoting scholarly excellence, academic integrity, and the dissemination of high-quality research that contributes to the advancement of knowledge and societal development.
