Copyright Policy

Authors who publish their articles in Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright and First Publication Rights

    Authors retain copyright of their works and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published articles are simultaneously licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, distribute, and adapt the works, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors, the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged, and adaptations comply with the ShareAlike requirements.

  2. Non-Exclusive Distribution Rights

    Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of their works, such as depositing articles in institutional repositories or including them in books, provided that the original publication in Taushiah: Jurnal Hukum, Pendidikan dan Kemasyarakatan is properly acknowledged.

  3. Author Self-Archiving

    Authors are permitted and encouraged to share their works online, including through institutional repositories and personal websites, before and during the submission process. Such practices may facilitate scholarly exchange, increase research visibility, and enhance the dissemination and citation of published works.
